As part of the Continuous expansion of Blooming Wear; a Saudi Clothing brand based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The owners of the Local label decided to turn what was once a private stand alone residence into an office space by transforming one quarter of the built-up area into an open office space that can accommodate 30 of the company's employees. Our scope also included coming up with a quick and seamless solution to claim an open terrace on the first floor of the building as part of the required expansion without affecting the exterior look of the building.
